The Opportunity:
As an MDM Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our technological architecture meets user requirements while maintaining day-to-day operations in line with established service levels and SOPs. Service Delivery:

● Conducting system analysis, issue resolution, and inquiry handling

● Utilizing our ticketing system for managing incoming requests and issues
● Working within agreed SLA thresholds for incident resolution and requests
● Acting as the *** point of contact for business users in the maintenance of Supplier, Customer, Employee, and Intercompany Master Data
Documentation Handling and Reporting:

● Maintaining process documentation, training materials, and an extensive knowledge base
● Ensuring all documentation remains up to date, clear, and accessible for continuous learning and operational efficiency
