Job Responsibilities:
1.QA
-Manage quality issue with customer
-Follow up quality issues internally and at OEM
-Report for In-line PPM/Line stop/Claim for warranty, In-line…
-Maintain friendly relations with OEM person in each plant
-In charge of FMEA/CP, monitor and handle quality issue on site
2.IQC
-Ensure incoming material compliance with company standard and deal with the NG part.
-Ensure all product record is complete and traceability, including record collection and analysis
3.SQE
-Make audit plan and implement supplier selection, approval;
-Prepare the meeting agendas, reports and follow up for the quality project of suppliers;
-Coordinate all teams to improve supplier quality and performance;
-Communication with SGSI to approve international suppliers.
-Coordinated the APQP of the strategy materials, from stage 1 to stage 5 validated by a PPAP for new materials.
4.Others
-Complete and support WCM related work
-Observe the system of the company (including HR, EHS, quality management system, etc.)
-Follow other arrangements made by manager
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.CET4 or above, good oral English
3.MS Office
4.Communication and cooperation ability
