Job Responsibilities:
1.Make the plan of daily patrol inspection and equipment maintenance and monitoring the result. Make sure the standards related available.
2.Diagnose and repair the machine in time if the machine is broken, analyze the cause of the breakdown, find the solution to reduce the MTTR, setup the contingency program.
3.Instruct and training the maintenance mechanical technician on site.
4.Support daily mechanical equipment maintenance and assist in electrical maintenance work,responsible for production line maintenance docking window and equipment failure solving.
5.Responsible for spare parts management, purchase request, timely update of spare parts list, spare parts design, customization, upgrade and improvement.
6.Control the consumption of daily consumables and control maintenance costs
7.Take part in the equipment improvement and new equipment design, debug.
8.Complete the tasks from supervisors.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation, mechatronics or related majors
2.Experience on maintenance or electric design is preferred.
3.CET4 or above, good oral English
4.MS Office, CAD drawing software
5.Skilled in PLC or automation control system program
