Develop and specify inspection and test plans on basis of internal quality assurance procedures, methods and tools based on ZF standards. ? Support the certification according to ISO TS16949. ? Coordinate quality audits of existing processes and products and coordinate the involvement of in- and external auditors. ? Solve problems in differing situations requiring the identification and selection of solutions. ? Prepare quality management analyses in case of new or modified products and processes. ? Cooperate with customers, sub-contractors and independent inspection and actively engage in global ZF Quality Management Network. ? Lead, motivate and develop reporting staff and provide training on the subject of quality management. ? Develop continuous improvement programs as well as coordinate and participate in projects and sub-projects. Your profile: ? Degree in engineering or quality management. ? Min. 5 years of professional experience. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to communicate to people of different professional levels. ?
