Your tasks: ● Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards, and a quality management system on the basis of ZF standards. ● Develop and specify inspection and test plans on the basis of internal quality assurance procedures, methods, and tools based on ZF standards. ● Support the certification according to ISO TS16949. ● Coordinate quality audits of existing processes and products and coordinate the involvement of in- and external auditors. ● Solve problems in differing situations requiring the identification and selection of solutions. ● Prepare quality management analyses in case of new or modified products and processes. ● Cooperate with customers, subcontractors, and independent inspection, and actively engage in the global ZF Quality Management Network. ● Lead, motivate, and develop reporting staff and provide training on the subject of quality management. ● Develop continuous improvement programs as well as coordinate and participate in projects and sub-projects. Your profile: ● Degree in engineering or quality management. ● Min. 5 years of professional experience. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to communicate to people of different professional levels. ● Strong leadership and management skills. ● Fluent in both English
