Title: Marketing Analyst-Senior

Responsibilities:
· Conduct customer-level pricing and costing analysis to optimize revenue and improve profitability.
· Translate data and market intelligence into actionable insights, developing pricing programs and execution plans.
· Build interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI for customer performance monitoring.
· Streamline and automate the analytics workflows to reduce turnaround time (TAT).
· Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business solutions and drive profitable growth.
· Collaborate with global pricing organization on pricing projects, from gathering user requirements to UAT testing and program launch.
· Manage ad-hoc pricing requests to address dynamic market conditions and new business initiatives
· Handle multiple tasks effectively while working with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
· At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or dashboard automation.
· Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data processing and automation.
· Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and VBA for data visualization and dashboard development.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
· Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.
· Quick learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English.
