Job Description

85 Project Management: Plan, execute and monitor logistics projects, define objectives, service scope, and deliverables.
Set up whole and complete execution plan 0-1, documentary create SOP then physically drive relevant meetings from
kick off till completion of execution.
85 Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with growth, procurement, warehousing, transportation and the other Maersk
internal stakeholders.
85 Customer Service and Area Support: Ensure timely and effective delivery service to area customers, act as the primary
point of contact for customer escalations and operational queries
85 Team Work: Define tasks aligned with each operation agent's strengths, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
Cooperate with the other project managers for mutual benifit for backup purpose.
85 Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
85 Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, code of conduct and environmental regulations.
85 Vendor Relations: Negotiate contracts, manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and monitor service quality.
85 Process Optimization: Continue the improvement on the service lead time and cost optimization by previewing /reviewing
the operation and setting up the basic operation procedure.
85 Documentation: Maintain project records for internal study and external presentation.
85 Responsible for identifying and reducing program operating cost.
85 Support and attend on site operations

85 Lead / handle Spot and regular shipments including but not limited to general cargo, LCL, Trucking, intermodal for GCA
85 Support Regional Growth Manager on opportunities
85 Work closely with GCA sales on various industries opportunities
85 Identify growth opportunities and jointly with Regional Growth and Maersk sales create a strategy for business
development
85 Support on / handle Industrial key projects for China especially East China
85 Lead / support on key implementation projects for MPL on the account
85 Be assigned to MPL Accounts (quotation / operation)
