Logistics cost Forecast and Analysis
Responsible for monthly closing, rolling forecast, and budgeting
Perform indepth cost analysis to logistics cost such as freight, warehouse etc., conduct cost bridge to clearly explain cost movements and key drivers
Partner closely with logistics stakeholders to provide insights to improve cost visibility and financial control
Deeply involved in logistics cost optimization projects and track financial impact, build models and evaluate project impact, scenarios analysis, and return on investment
Inventory Management and Analysis
Own monthly Excess
