Communication Officer
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communication Officer to lead internal communications for SMVS plant. This role will be instrumental in fostering employee engagement, building company culture, and ensuring seamless information flow across the organization through strategic communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications Management
Maintain regular communication channels to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company objectives
Develop communication materials that reinforce company values and culture
Coordinate with Siemens HQ Communication community and promote Siemens internal communication events / activities
