Manage the test progress of the INV supplier. Familiar with
INV test and have the ability to assess test setup, test conditions and
test results.
4.驅(qū)動(dòng)供應(yīng)商按 8D 流程完成測(cè)試失效的調(diào)查，檢查 8D 報(bào)告，并和內(nèi)外部客戶匯報(bào)。
Drive the investigation of test failure according to 8D process and check
the 8D report and report to customers and internal related.
5.定期向內(nèi)部和客戶匯報(bào)測(cè)試進(jìn)展，及時(shí)匯報(bào)測(cè)試失效，快速響應(yīng)客戶訴求。

the test experience, improve the test methods and optimize the test
process.
7.協(xié)助和推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化，提供測(cè)試角度的建議。
Assist and promote the design optimization and provide suggestions from test point of view.
8.完成上級(jí)指派的其他工作任務(wù)。
Accept other responsibilities required by supervisor.


崗位要求
1.三年以上電控相關(guān)測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)。具有開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
More than 3 years’ experience on inverter related test. Candidates with
development experience are preferred.
2.熟悉汽車電子電氣產(chǎn)品測(cè)試相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)和常用的測(cè)試方法，設(shè)備。
Familiar with laws and regulations related to automotive electronic
product testing and commonly used testing methods and equipment.
3.熟悉汽車電子部件的工作原理。
Be familiar with the working principles of automotive electronic
components.
4.可以使用常用辦公軟件和測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)分析工具（例如 CANape，CANoe，INCA 等）。
Can use common office software and test data analysis tools（e.g. CANpae,CANoe, INCA）.
5.可以使用常用的質(zhì)量工具，例如 FTA, 8D。
Can use common quality tools, such as FTA, 8D.
6.具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，善于表達(dá)和溝通，積極進(jìn)取，敢于承擔(dān)，能在一定的壓力
下工作。
