Position Summary:
全面負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)客戶(hù)供應(yīng)團(tuán)隊(duì),管理從訂單到回款的端到端流程。核心職責(zé)涵蓋團(tuán)隊(duì)管理、運(yùn)營(yíng)優(yōu)化、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)與銷(xiāo)售支持。通過(guò)推動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的流程改進(jìn)和促進(jìn)跨部門(mén)協(xié)作,該職位致力于提升客戶(hù)滿意度、改善準(zhǔn)時(shí)交付率并提高整體運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,從而直接助力實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)。
This position is responsible for leading the Customer Supply team and managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process. The role encompasses team leadership, operational optimization, supply chain coordination, and sales operations. By driving data-driven process improvements and fostering cross-functional collaboration, this position enhances customer satisfaction, improves on-time delivery performance, and increases overall operational efficiency, thereby directly contributing to the achievement of business growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、發(fā)展并激勵(lì)客戶(hù)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì),確保端到端流程的專(zhuān)業(yè)執(zhí)行,包括客戶(hù)咨詢(xún)、合同管理、訂單處理和收款。工作內(nèi)容包括任務(wù)分配、解決復(fù)雜問(wèn)題,并確保及時(shí)有效的客戶(hù)響應(yīng)。
Lead, develop, and motivate the customer service team to ensure professional execution of end-to-end processes, including customer inquiries, contract management, order processing, and payment collection. This includes allocating tasks, resolving complex operational issues, and ensuring timely and effective customer response.
2. 作為與公司內(nèi)部工廠的主要對(duì)接人,管理詢(xún)價(jià)、交付確認(rèn)、生產(chǎn)跟蹤與發(fā)貨協(xié)調(diào),確保供應(yīng)鏈響應(yīng)迅速且可靠。
Serve as the primary liaison with inter-company factories to manage RFQ, delivery confirmation, production tracking, and shipment coordination, ensuring a responsive and reliable supply chain.
3. 設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施并持續(xù)優(yōu)化部門(mén)工作流程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序及關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo),以提升團(tuán)隊(duì)效率、服務(wù)質(zhì)量和客戶(hù)滿意度。同時(shí),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)旨在完善合同訂單流程及相關(guān)支持工具的項(xiàng)目。
Design, implement, and continuously refine department workflows, SOPs, and KPIs to drive improvements in team efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, lead projects aimed at enhancing contract order processes and supporting tools.
4. 管理從銷(xiāo)售線索分配到訂單交付的完整訂單生命周期,包括分析銷(xiāo)售預(yù)測(cè)、監(jiān)控庫(kù)存水平以確保供需匹配、審核銷(xiāo)售合同以識(shí)別并降低商業(yè)、法律與財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并支持談判以維護(hù)公司利益。
Manage the full order lifecycle from lead assignment to fulfillment. Responsibilities include analyzing sales forecasts, monitoring inventory levels to align supply with demand, reviewing sales contracts to identify and mitigate commercial, legal, and financial risks, and supporting negotiations to protect company interests.
5. 處理升級(jí)的客戶(hù)投訴與復(fù)雜運(yùn)營(yíng)問(wèn)題,協(xié)同銷(xiāo)售、財(cái)務(wù)、物流等內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)提供有效解決方案,并鞏固戰(zhàn)略客戶(hù)關(guān)系。
Handle escalated customer complaints and complex operational issues by collaborating with internal teams such as sales, finance, and logistics to deliver effective solutions and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
6. 與銷(xiāo)售、財(cái)務(wù)、運(yùn)營(yíng)及法務(wù)部門(mén)緊密合作,簡(jiǎn)化跨部門(mén)工作流程,確保信息一致性,解決運(yùn)營(yíng)瓶頸,并支持整體業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
Partner closely with sales, finance, operations, and legal departments to streamline cross-functional workflows, ensure information consistency, resolve operational bottlenecks, and support overall business objectives.
7. 定期準(zhǔn)備并向高級(jí)管理層匯報(bào)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效、業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)、客戶(hù)洞察、銷(xiāo)售預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性和庫(kù)存狀況。
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on team performance, business operations, customer insights, sales forecast accuracy, and inventory status.

3. 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通、談判和跨部門(mén)協(xié)作能力,堅(jiān)持以客戶(hù)為中心。
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
4. 以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向,善于激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì),并通過(guò)有效的人員管理推動(dòng)目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
Result-driven leader with the ability to motivate teams and drive outcomes through effective people management.
5. 對(duì)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品、生產(chǎn)工藝及端到端供應(yīng)鏈管理有扎實(shí)的理解。
Solid understanding of mechanical products, manufacturing processes, and end-to-end supply chain management.
6. 熟練的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)及口語(yǔ)能力者優(yōu)先。
Proficient in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
7. 展現(xiàn)出優(yōu)秀的信息收集、整合與洞察生成能力。
Demonstrated ability in information gathering, synthesis, and insight generation.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 供應(yīng)鏈管理或工程類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
Supply chain management or engineering-related major, bachelor's degree or above.
2. 擁有超過(guò)10年外企或上市企業(yè)客戶(hù)服務(wù)或供應(yīng)鏈從業(yè)背景,其中包括至少5年團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Over 10 years of experience in customer service or supply chain within multinational or listed companies, including at least 5 years of team management experience.
3. 熟練運(yùn)用CRM、ERP(尤其是SAP)系統(tǒng)以支持日常業(yè)務(wù)流程。
Proficient in utilizing CRM and ERP systems to support daily business operations.
4. 有工業(yè)客戶(hù)供應(yīng)鏈管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
Prior experience in supply chain management with industry clients is preferred.
5. 持有PMP認(rèn)證并具備至少2年項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
PMP certification and minimum 2 years of project management experience preferred.
