Job Responsibilities:
1.對注塑工藝做工藝可行性分析；
Conduct process feasibility analysis for injection molding technology；
2.制定注塑模具的技術規(guī)范；
Develop technical specifications for injection molds；
3.從技術角度，協(xié)助采購部門選擇模具供應商；
Assist Purchase Department for the choosing of tooling supplier from view of technical；
4.基于工廠內技術規(guī)范及相應的要求，確認并跟蹤模具的時間進度, 制造和修改；
Confirm and follow up the schedule, manufacturing, modification of tooling with MFSH standard and corresponding requirements；
5.基于模具的角度，同注塑工程師，焊接工程師，裝配工藝工程師一起消除產(chǎn)品的缺陷；
Work with Injection Process Engineer, Welding Engineer , Assembly Process Engineer to eliminate the defect of injected parts from the view of injection tooling；
6.根據(jù)測量報告和項目小組的要求，定義開發(fā)模具的修改方案；
Define the modification of developing tooling base on the trial of dimensional report and requirement from project team；
7.在供應商處和場內對模具進行預驗收和終驗收；
Hold pre-acceptance in supplier and final acceptance in plant for developing tooling；
8.主導量產(chǎn)模具的修改并跟蹤外發(fā)的維修。
Lead modifications for mass production molds and follow up on outsourced mold maintenance.

Job Requirements：
1.5年及以上制造行業(yè)注塑模具相關工作經(jīng)驗；
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in injection molds within the manufacturing industry；
2.熟悉注塑或者注塑模具和相關的制造工藝；
Familiar with injection or tooling structure and relevant manufacturing process；
3.注塑或者注塑模具管理和跟蹤經(jīng)驗；
Injection or tooling management and follow up experience ；
4.熟練掌握CAD和UG軟件；
Proficient in the use of Auto CAD, UG and MS office ；
5、良好的溝通表達能力；
Good communication and expression skills；
6.大專及以上學歷。
College diploma or above.
