A Snapshot of Your Day
Implement commodity strategies and supported supply chain initiatives to ensure long62term, cost62efficient material sourcing. Your day involves conducting supplier negotiations, managing frame contracts, and driving cost62out projects while fostering cross62functional alignment to strengthen organizational performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
61 Implementing Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials.
61 Contribute to our Supply Chain footprint, drive cost-out initiatives.
61 Foster cross-functional alignment within area of responsibility to ensure best in class organization.
61 Prepare and conduct negotiations to obtain highest feasible savings.
61 Negotiate frame contracts.
61 Supplier Management: Supplier selection, regular supplier and strategic evaluations, supplier qualification and supplier development to obtain and develop the best suppliers and to ensure an optimum supply chain.
61 Provide purchasing assistance to support design on cost reduction activities.
What You Bring
61 Bachelor’s degree and above. Master is a plus
61 2 years in procurement function with manufacturing in an international environment
61 Global sourcing experience within a multinational company is preferred.
61 Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese.
61 Self-starter with strong initiative, motivation, and a quick learning ability.
61 Ownership mindset, with a results-oriented approach to challenges.
61 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
61 Strong analytical capabilities to navigate complex scenarios effectively.
