To further advance the talent-strengthening strategy in the new era and continuously optimize the structure and development goals of the University's talent workforce, and in accordance with relevant policy documents, Anhui Agricultural University hereby issues the advance notice of its 2026 Talent (Team) Recruitment Plan as follows:

一、招聘原則RECRUITMENT PRINCIPLES

二、招聘崗位RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES

一類人才Category I Talent

中國科學(xué)院院士?中國工程院院士?哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域知名學(xué)術(shù)專家等?在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域做出系統(tǒng)的?創(chuàng)造性的成就和貢獻(xiàn),享有崇高的學(xué)術(shù)聲譽(yù)和學(xué)術(shù)影響力?

Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences or the Chinese Academy of Engineering, as well as distinguished scholars in the fields of philosophy and social sciences. Candidates in this category should have made systematic and innovative achievements and contributions in their respective disciplines, recognized for their high academic prestige and significant academic influence.

二類人才Category II Talent

在科學(xué)研究方面取得國內(nèi)外同行公認(rèn)的重要成就,具有帶領(lǐng)本學(xué)科趕超或引領(lǐng)國際先進(jìn)水平的能力,具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力,能帶領(lǐng)學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)同攻關(guān)的領(lǐng)軍人才?

Leading talents who have made significant achievements in scientific research recognized by international and domestic peers, Candidates should possess the ability to lead their disciplines to catch up with or surpass international advanced standards, demonstrate strong team leadership and organizational skills, and be capable of leading academic teams in collaborative research.

三類人才Category III Talent

在科學(xué)研究方面取得突出學(xué)術(shù)成果,具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力,具有協(xié)助本學(xué)科趕超或保持國際先進(jìn)水平的能力的青年人才?

Young talents who have achieved outstanding academic results in scientific research. Candidates should possess strong team leadership and organizational skills, and have the ability to assist their disciplines in catching up with or maintaining international advanced standards.

四類人才Category IV Talent

在國外著名高校?科研機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任助理教授及以上職稱;或在國內(nèi)著名高校?科研機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任副教授及以上職稱;或具有國內(nèi)外著名高校?科研機(jī)構(gòu) 2 年以上工作經(jīng)歷 (含博士后)?在海外知名高校取得博士學(xué)位或國內(nèi)博士畢業(yè)且獲得國家基金資助者,可放寬工作年限要求?近 5 年取得的創(chuàng)新性學(xué)術(shù)成果一般不低于我校現(xiàn)行教授聘任條件,具備擔(dān)任學(xué)科方向帶頭人潛力的青年科技人才?

Young scientific and technological talents who meet one of the following criteria: hold the title of Assistant Professor or above at a renowned overseas university or research institution; hold the title of Associate Professor or above at a renowned domestic university or research institution; or have over 2 years of work experience (including postdoctoral) at a renowned domestic or international university/research institution. The work experience requirement may be waived for candidates who obtained their Ph.D. from a well-known overseas university or for domestic Ph.D. graduates who have received national research funding. Candidates should have produced innovative academic achievements in the past five years that are generally equivalent to or exceed the University's current criteria for appointment as a Full Professor, and demonstrate the potential to become a leader in their respective research fields.

五類人才Category V Talent

具有國內(nèi)外著名高校?科研機(jī)構(gòu) 2 年以上工作經(jīng)歷 (含博士后); 或在國際著名企業(yè)擔(dān)任中級(jí)職務(wù)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才,具有較高科研水平和較強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新能力;或畢業(yè)于國內(nèi)外一流高校或科研院所的優(yōu)秀博士?近 5 年學(xué)術(shù)成果一般不低于我校現(xiàn)行副教授聘任條件?

Candidates who have more than two years of work experience (including postdoctoral research) at renowned domestic or international universities or research institutions; or professionals holding mid-level technical positions at leading international enterprises, demonstrating strong research capability and technological innovation capacity; or outstanding Ph.D. graduates from top domestic or international universities or research institutes.Academic achievements in the past five years should generally meet or exceed the University's current criteria for associate professorship.

&七類人才Talent Categories VI & VII

畢業(yè)于國內(nèi)外著名高校或科研院所的優(yōu)秀博士;或在國際?國內(nèi)著名企業(yè)擔(dān)任中級(jí)職務(wù)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才,具有較高科研水平和較強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新或者產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展能力,在所從事的學(xué)科專業(yè)取得高水平業(yè)績(jī)成果?

Outstanding Ph.D. graduates from renowned domestic or international universities/research institutes; or professional and technical talents holding mid-level positions in leading international or domestic enterprises. Candidates should possess a high level of research ability, strong technological innovation or industrial development capabilities, and have achieved high-level performance and results in their respective fields.

全職博士后Full-time Postdoctoral Researchers

依托園藝學(xué)?林業(yè)工程?生物學(xué)?作物學(xué)?畜牧學(xué)?生態(tài)學(xué)和植物保護(hù) 7 個(gè)博士后科研流動(dòng)站,面向海內(nèi)外誠聘全職博士后研究人員?申請(qǐng)者年齡一般不超過 35 周歲,需具有較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新活力與學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ覍W(xué)術(shù)水平符合學(xué)校博士后崗位聘任要求,聘期一般為 3 年?

We are sincerely recruiting full-time postdoctoral researchers from home and abroad, affiliated with our 7 postdoctoral research stations: Horticulture, Forestry Engineering, Biology, Crop Science, Animal Husbandry, Lcoidgy, anu T ant I rotcction. Appncants snouid gcncr-ally be under 35 years old, demonstrate strong innovation ability and academic potential, and meet the University's academic requirements for postdoctoral appointments. The typical employment term is three years.
