What You Will Do:
? Responsible for all China employees' social benefits by working with third party vendors
? Responsible for employee’s contract/non-compete and Pfile management
? Responsible for employee’s workforce policy management (ie: Retirement/Intern/Contingent/Part-time)
? Collaborate with vendors and HR partners to pro-actively manage and monitor service delivery, and identify opportunities for process and service improvements
? Support wellness program and total benefits promotion
? Patriciate in market benefits survey and audit if any
? Support ad-hoc C
