崗位描述 Job description：


● 嚴(yán)格按照操作規(guī)程操作確保測(cè)試區(qū)域內(nèi)人身和設(shè)備安全.

Follow instructions strictly and guarantee the safety of person and equipment in testing field.


● 根據(jù)測(cè)試程序?qū)Ξa(chǎn)品進(jìn)行最終檢驗(yàn)和測(cè)試，確保產(chǎn)品符合出廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

Conduct final checking and testing according to work instruction to ensure the product conforming standards before delivery.


● 整理和存檔產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的數(shù)據(jù)，支持發(fā)貨質(zhì)量的持續(xù)提升；

Well document product quality record and support delivery quality improvement.


● 參與制定和更新測(cè)試指導(dǎo)；

Prepare testing work instruction and keep updating in time.


● 改進(jìn)測(cè)試流程、工具、設(shè)備和儀器以提高效率，保證質(zhì)量；

Improve testing process/tools/equipment and instruments to improve efficiency and product quality.


● 充分理解測(cè)試系統(tǒng)配置，需要時(shí)對(duì)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)行升級(jí)；

Fully understand the configuration of testing system, and update testing system if needed.


● 維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)測(cè)試工具、設(shè)備和儀器使其在完好狀態(tài)。

Maintain all the tools/equipment and instruments to ensure them in good condition.


● 在工作中,不斷進(jìn)行專業(yè)知識(shí)的積累和學(xué)習(xí),使自身的素質(zhì)與技能不斷提高并與公司業(yè)務(wù)需求同步發(fā)展.

Continually accept and learn related knowledge, develop ability and skills to meet the requirement of company business growth.



要求 Requirement：


● 大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷，自動(dòng)化或電氣工程相關(guān)專業(yè)；

Bachelor’s degree in automation or electronics engineering


● 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)和溝通能力；

Good cooperation and communication as good team player


● 良好的英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力；

Be good at English in reading, writing and speaking


● 一定的抗壓能力

Be able to work under pressure
