Responsibilities
? Timely handling and tracking of internal and external orders that need to be arranged.
? Effectively manage external vendors to ensure them follow the SOP aligned with Celanese.
? Complete the SAP operations related to logistics timely and accurate and assist the vendors and internal stakeholders in handling SAP logistics-related anomalies.
? Complete warehouse inventory counts on time to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
? Coordinate the Quality Notification process, ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints, and deliver solutions to customers in a timely manner.
? Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
? Adhere to SOX Compliance requirements.
? Confirm the billing report from vendors and enter the cost in SAP timely.
? Support projects and optimizing processes, with a strong aptitude for partnering with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional process alignment.
? Quick to adapt to and integrate organizational changes effectively.
? Support other business activities as required by supervisor。

Required Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineer preferred).
- 1-3 years Logistic Operations/ Supply Chain experience.
