Procurement Manager


You will be mainly accountable for:


● Developing and implementing category strategies for Active/Passive electrical components in alignment with company business objectives.
● Leading supplier selection, performance management, and negotiations to secure competitive and compliant agreements.
● Driving continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
● Working together with cross functional team to guarantee supplier on-time delivery and quality performance to the target.
● Ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration across project teams to contribute to company business development.
● Monitoring market trends and innovations in responsible categories and maintaining supplier landscape dynamically.

Qualifications for the role:


● You are highly skilled in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management
● You have 5 years of experience in Sourcing function.
● You bring experience or familiarity with MS Office, Power BI, Ariba, SAP, and supplier analytics tools
● You are passionate about sourcing, sustainability, and improving supplier performance through innovation and analytics.
● Degree in Electrification and Automation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.
● Excellent communication skills in English.
● You are available for occasional business trips.
